Pork Chop Potato Bake
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Potatoes||4 , peeled and sliced|
|Cheddar cheese soup||1 Can (10 oz), undiluted|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Salt and pepper chops and brown well on both sides in skillet.
Drain chops on paper towels.
Place chops in 2 quart shallow casserole.
Arrange onion slices, then potato slices over top.
Spoon Cheddar cheese soup over all.
Bake covered, 1 hour or until meat and potatoes are tender.
