A very simple and easy dish to prepare for working MOMS.
Marinate the meat with lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, half of the garlic and ground pepper for 1hour.
Melt the butter in a large non-stick pan and saute the remaining garlic, add the meat within the marinade and flip continuosly until well cooked, add the onion rings and sweat for 2min then remove from the pan and set aside. Add the broccoli, stir fry until slightly cooked and serve as a side dish to the pork chops.
