Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lean pork cubes 2 Ounce
  Caraway seeds 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Potato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Boil Brussels sprouts, pork, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper with a small amount of water until partially cooked; drain.
Place in individual baking dish.
Cover with potato; sprinkle with onion salt, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
