Grilled Maple Pork Chops
|Boneless pork loin chops||4|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Maple syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
Preheat the grill to medium–high heat.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the pork until desired doneness.
In a saucepan combine the rest of the ingredients and cook over high heat until mixture becomes syrupy, 5–7 minutes. Drizzle sauce over pork and serve.
