Ingredients
  Rose wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled
  Orange juice 2 Teaspoon, chilled
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange peel 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon, cracked
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Savory 1 Teaspoon, dried
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground veal 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Bulgur 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix wine and orange juice in a large bowl.
Blend all seasonings into the liquid.
Add veal, pork and bulgur.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
