Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin
I made this Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin once last week and my kids still keep asking me for it. Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin does fit the picture of a complete meal. Anyone will love it!
|Pork loin roast||4 Pound|
|Canned crushed pineapple||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Canned cranberry sauce/Whole berry/jellied||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in crock cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over pork.
Cover and cook at Low for 8 to 10 hours.
