I made this Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin once last week and my kids still keep asking me for it. Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin does fit the picture of a complete meal. Anyone will love it!
Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 4 Pound
  Canned crushed pineapple 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Canned cranberry sauce/Whole berry/jellied 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in crock cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over pork.
Cover and cook at Low for 8 to 10 hours.
