Smoked Pork Chops With Sweet And Sour Cabbage
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Green cabbage head||1 Medium, coarsely sliced|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Smoked pork loin chops||6 (Each 1 Inch Thick)|
1. In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
2. In 13" by 9" baking pan, lightly toss onion, cabbage, flour, sugar, and caraway seeds; pour vinegar over mixture; top with chops. Cover baking pan tightly with foil. Bake in 325°F. oven 1 3/4 hours or until cabbage and meat are fork-tender.
