Pulled pork shoulder is such a great item to enjoy with the classic San Francisco style Barbecue Sauce. Chef John shows us an army trick on how to smoke pork without the need of a smoker. This method scents the meat with a nice subtle smokiness. The conventional method for cooking pork shoulder is low and slow, and this recipe is really low and slow. But the result is an incredibly soft and succulent piece of pork, perfect for pulling. This makes the most delectable sandwiches.
