Butterfly Pork Chops is a well loved stuffed pork dish that is often made again and again for my parties. Try this Butterfly Pork Chops recipe for yourself and you will understand why it is so addictive!
  Pork chops 4 (Each 1 Inch / 2.5 Centimeter Thick)
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Peanut oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cheese slice/Stuffing of your choice 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Trim excess fat off pork chops. Slice each one length wise up to bone to form a cavity. Season cavity with salt and pepper; baste both sides of pork chop with Worcestershire sauce.
–  In a skillet, heat peanut oil and sear pork chops over high heat, 2 minutes each side.
–  Garnish cavity with stuffing and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
