Butterfly Pork Chops
|Pork chops||4 (Each 1 Inch / 2.5 Centimeter Thick)|
|Worcestershire sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Peanut oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Cheese slice/Stuffing of your choice||1|
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– Trim excess fat off pork chops. Slice each one length wise up to bone to form a cavity. Season cavity with salt and pepper; baste both sides of pork chop with Worcestershire sauce.
– In a skillet, heat peanut oil and sear pork chops over high heat, 2 minutes each side.
– Garnish cavity with stuffing and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
