Stuffed Roast Pork
|Pork roast||1 1⁄2 Kilogram, boned and rolled|
|Peanut oil||30 Tablespoon|
– Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
– Spread open the pork roast and pound lightly to flatten. Season with salt and pepper and coat with stuffing of your choice then roll and tie, making sure to close off the ends.
– In an oven-proof skillet, heat oil and sear stuffed pork roast on all sides over high heat. Season with salt and pepper and bake, approximately 20 minutes per pound (per 450 kg).
– Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes, then slice.
