Ground Pork With Peas is a yummy pork preparation that is just too difficult to resist! I often serve this at home and have discovered that everyone loves its addictive flavor. Try the Ground Pork With Peas for yourself!
Ingredients
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped ginger root 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package, Thawed)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Add ground pork; mix well.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and chicken broth to make a paste; set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat 1 minute.
Stir-fry garlic about 1 minute until browned; remove and discard.
Add ground pork.
Stir-fry until cooked, about 4 minutes.
Remove ground pork from wok with a slotted spoon, draining well over wok; set aside.
Reheat oil in wok over high heat 1 minute.
Stir-fry peas 2 minutes.
Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch paste.
Stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add cooked pork; mix well.
