The One, Two, Three, Four, Five Stewed Pork Spareribs is a filling and tasty pork preparation. I often prepare this yummy One, Two, Three, Four, Five Stewed Pork Spareribs for weekend luncheons. This yummy dish has never failed to get me some compliments. Try it for yourself!
Ingredients
  Spareribs 1 Pound, cut in half
  Green onions 8
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar/White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Use a sharp knife to cut between spareribs.
Put green onions in the bottom of a medium saucepan.
Place spareribs on top of green onions.
Add wine, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and water.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low.
Cook about 2 hours until almost all liquid is absorbed.
