One, Two, Three, Four, Five Stewed Pork Spareribs
|Spareribs||1 Pound, cut in half|
|Rice wine/Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Rice vinegar/White vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Use a sharp knife to cut between spareribs.
Put green onions in the bottom of a medium saucepan.
Place spareribs on top of green onions.
Add wine, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and water.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low.
Cook about 2 hours until almost all liquid is absorbed.
