  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Bean threads 3 Ounce
  Warm water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced ginger root 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bean sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 7 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Sprinkle wine over ground pork.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Combine bean threads and 4 cups warm water in a medium bowl.
Let stand about 10 minutes to soften bean threads.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Stir-fry ground pork 2 minutes.
Add green onion, ginger root and hot bean sauce.
Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Drain bean threads in a colander.
Chop into 8-inch lengths and add to pork mixture.
Combine ingredients for seasoning sauce in a small bowl; mix well.
Add to pork mixture; stir-fry to mix well.
Cover wok and reduce heat to low.
Cook about 8 minutes until seasoning sauce is almost all absorbed.
