Pork From Ath
|Boneless pork loin||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), cut into slivers|
|Coarse salt||To Taste|
|Bay leaves||2 , crushed|
|Beef broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Make deep incisions all over the pork and insert the garlic slivers and cloves in the incisions.
Rub the salt, bay leaves and thyme all over the surface of the pork.
Place the pork in a shallow dish, cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 days.
Wipe as much salt as possible from the pork and place in an ovenproof casserole.
Pour in the broth.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the pork is done and tender.
