Pork Chops From Liege
|Juniper berries||2 , finely crushed|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Season the pork chops with the salt and juniper berries.
Dredge the chops in the flour.
Saute in hot combined butter and oil until tender and golden brown on both sides.
