Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 1⁄2 Pound (roasted)
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (low sodium)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine sherry, soy sauce and brown sugar.
Rub over roast and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Roast at 300 degrees until tender 1 1/2 hours.
