Pork Mushroom Chop Suey

  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Leeks 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Cooked pork 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 8 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

In a skillet, melt butter.
Saute onions, leeks, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Add pork.
Cook 5 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Over low heat, continue cooking 8 minutes.
