Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4 (3/4 inch thick)
  Ketchup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
On a non stick baking sheet, place pork chops.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Spread mixture over pork chops.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in oven 75 minutes.
