Mustard-Apricot Pork Chops
|Apricot preserves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Pork chops||4 (3/4 Inch)|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
Combine preserves and mustard in small saucepan.
Heat until preserves melt, stirring.
Place chops on lightly greased broiler pan.
Broil 5 minutes.
Brush chops with half of the glaze and turn.
Broil 5 minutes longer.
Turn and brush with remaining glaze.
Broil 2 minutes.
