Pork Loin Italiano

Join Stacey Hawkins to prepare this Italian style cuisine with pork loin. It is a lean & green type of cooking, where Stacey maintains to control on fat and carb count.
Ingredients
  Skim mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic gusto seasoning 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Italian seasoning 1 Tablespoon (Tsg Viva)
  Balsamic condimenti 2 Tablespoon (Tsg)
  Boneless pork loin 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut lean and thick
  Diced tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Garlic seasoning 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Tsg)
  Seasoning 1 Tablespoon (Tsg Viva Italiano)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Pour the tomatoes in a medium bowl. Add the seasonings and vinegar to it. Mix well.

Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. Arrange the pork loins at the bottom of the crock pot. Pour the seasoning mixture right over the meat. Finally spread all the cheese on top.

Cover the crock-pot and put on for 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low.

Hey Stacey! Simply loved this fresh Italian Pork Loin recipe of yours...as rightly said, I simply threw all the easily available ingredients into the crock pot and the meal was ready right before my in-laws arrived...phew!! What if i don't use the crock pot? Any other option atall?

Hi Chef! With simple ingredient Pork Loin Italiano is really very easy to put together and oh, so colorful! With warm flavors of garlic Pork Loin Italiano smelled good and tasted even better. I served it with steamed asparagus. Can you suggest something else also?
