Lemon And Garlic Roast Pork

Ingredients
  Lean boneless pork loin roast 3 Pound (1 Piece)
  Grated lemon rind 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Low salt chicken broth 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Trim fat from pork.
Combine lemon rind and garlic and rub evenly over pork.
Place pork in a casserole dish and add broth.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn pork over and bake an additional 35 minutes.
