Lemon And Garlic Roast Pork
|Lean boneless pork loin roast||3 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Grated lemon rind||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Low salt chicken broth||1 Can (10 oz)|
Trim fat from pork.
Combine lemon rind and garlic and rub evenly over pork.
Place pork in a casserole dish and add broth.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn pork over and bake an additional 35 minutes.
