I knew vermouth will not sour as white wine can and hence I use it as a substitute in a whole lot of recipes including this Pork Vermouth dish. The roasted pork flavored with vermouth used in this Pork Vermouth dish is more than pleasing to the palate. Check it out!
  Boneless pork roast 5 Pound
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dried sage 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Hickory salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Condensed chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry vermouth 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon (For Thickening)

1) Roast pork according to weight. Use basting sauce frequently during roasting.
2) After roasting and when ready to serve mix the sauce ingredients together and heat on stove.
