Tasty Pork Ragout
|Boneless pork loin||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, pressed|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cauliflower head||1 , cut into flowerets|
|Sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot buttered noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.
In large skillet, brown pork with onion, garlic and rosemary in butter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in water.
Cover; simmer 20 minutes.
Add cauliflower and carrots.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
