Pork Chops Roma

Pork chops roma is a simple and easily prepared pork chops recipe. Marinated with Italian dressing, the pork chops are skillet cooked with added mushrooms and green peppers. It has a light pan gravy of cooked marinade.
Ingredients
  Italian dressing/Robusto italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pork chops 6 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Green peppers 2 Medium, sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
Directions

In large shallow baking dish, pour Italian dressing over pork chops.
Hover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours.
Remove chops, reserving marinade.
In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons reserved marinade and cook peppers and mushrooms over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender; remove.
Brown pork chops; drain.
Add remaining marinade and simmer covered 15 minutes.
Return peppers and mushrooms to skillet and simmer covered an additional 10 minutes or until chops are tender.
