Pork Chops Roma
|Italian dressing/Robusto italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pork chops||6 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, sliced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, sliced|
In large shallow baking dish, pour Italian dressing over pork chops.
Hover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours.
Remove chops, reserving marinade.
In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons reserved marinade and cook peppers and mushrooms over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender; remove.
Brown pork chops; drain.
Add remaining marinade and simmer covered 15 minutes.
Return peppers and mushrooms to skillet and simmer covered an additional 10 minutes or until chops are tender.
