Roast Loin Of Pork Oriental Style
|Italian dressing/Robust italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Hoisin sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless pork loin roast||3 1⁄2 Pound, tied for roasting (1 Piece)|
Preheat oven to 375 °.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except pork.
In roasting pan, on rack, place pork and roast 45 minutes.
Brush pork with 1/2 of the dressing mixture, then continue roasting, basting occasionally, 35 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 165° (medium) or 180° (well done).
Heat remaining dressing mixture and serve with pork.
