Roast Pork In Marinade

Ingredients
  Lean pork roast 6 Pound
  Canned tomatoes 15 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place roast in roasting pan.
Mix and pour the remaining ingredients over roast.
Best marinated overnight.
Cover and bake.
