Roast Pork In Marinade
|Lean pork roast||6 Pound|
|Canned tomatoes||15 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)|
|White vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place roast in roasting pan.
Mix and pour the remaining ingredients over roast.
Best marinated overnight.
Cover and bake.
