Crispy Fried Pork And Apples

Crispy fried pork and apples is a fruited pork recipe. Prepared with butterflied pork chops and apple rings coated with an egg mixture and breaded with seasoned crumbs, the pork and apples are fried to a golden brown perfection and can be served as desired.
Ingredients
  Butterfly pork chops 6 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Apple 1 Large, peeled and cored
  Eggs 2
  Half and half 2 Tablespoon
  Unseasoned dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Pound each chop with meat mallet.
Slice apple into 6 rings.
Blend eggs and half-and-half in small mixing bowl.
Mix bread crumbs, ginger, salt, coriander (optional) and allspice in shallow dish or on sheet of waxed paper.
Set aside.
Heat 2 to 3 inches Oil in deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 °F.
Dip pork and apple rings in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture to coat.
Fry 2 pieces of pork at a time, 5 to 7 minutes, or until crust is deep golden brown and pork is no longer pink in center.
Drain on paper towels.
Fry apple rings 2 to 3 minutes, or until deep golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
