Pork Chops With Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4 (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Potatoes 4 , peeled and sliced
  Canned tomatoes with juice 19 Ounce
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Brush pork chops with mustard.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Lightly cook onion.
Add pork chops.
Brown on each side.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Over low heat, cook 1 hour.
