Savory Broiled Pork On Skewers

Ingredients
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Yellow onion 1 Small, chopped
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Light brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless lean pork butt 3⁄4 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
Directions

Put the ginger, garlic, onion, soy sauce, peanuts, peanut oil, brown sugar, lime juice, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons cold water into a food processor or electric blender.
Blend for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a medium size mixing bowl, add the pork, and toss well to coat.
Cover and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat the broiler.
Thread the pork cubes onto 8 lightly oiled 8 inch long skewers, making sure the cubes do not touch each other.
Lay the skewers on an ungreased broiler pan and brush with the marinade.
Broil 7 to 8 inches from the heat, turning the skewers occasionally and brushing each time with the remaining marinade.
Cook for 18 minutes or until the pork is browned and feels firm to the touch.
