Festive Pork Fillet

Ingredients
  Pork fillet 1 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mushrooms 3⁄4 Pound
  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olives 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

1. Cut the pork fillet in slices and brown in butter. Season and add the garlic.
2. Slice the mushrooms and saute in the butter, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. Put the fillet slices and mushrooms in an ovenproof casserole.
3. Heat the red wine and cream over medium heat and pour on the fillet slices. Simmer covered for 5 minutes.
4. Slice the olives and place on top of the fillet.
