Glazed Roast Pork

This glazed roast pork is a sugar glazed pork recipe. Seasoned and oven cooked with a flour coating, the glazed roast loin of pork is filling and savory inspite of being simple and easy.
Ingredients
  Loin pork 6 Pound
  Pepper To Taste
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hickory smoked salt 1 Teaspoon (About 1.5 Kilogram)
Directions

Score the fat on the roast lightly, then rub the entire surface with flour, salt, and pepper.
Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Roast in a preheated 450° oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°, and continue roasting 30 to 35 minutes per pound, basting frequently with the glaze.
