Pork Loin With Sauteed Papaya

|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Hot cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan; insert meat thermometer into thickest part.
Combine catsup, orange juice, grated orange peel, and ginger; brush part of this sauce over meat.
Roast, uncovered, in a 325° oven until meat thermometer registers 170°.
Baste several times with remaining sauce.
