Oven baked Pork Chops
|Butterfly pork chops||1 (1 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Onion||1 Large, in 4 slices|
|Lemon||1 , cut in 4 slices|
|Garlic powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||4 Tablespoon|
Put the uncooked pork chops in bottom of large casserole dish, not overlapping. (Leave some fat on chops because this recipe does not have any butter or oil.)
Sprinkle chops with pepper and garlic.
Put a slice of onion on each chop, then a slice of lemon, then 1 tbsp. of sugar and ketchup.
Bake, uncovered, in oven at 325-350° about 1 hour or more, until tender.
