Pork Roast With Apple Gravy For Dinner

It is a super easy recipe that gives excellect results. It is for Sunday supper.
Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 1 Pound
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning To Taste (Pre Mix)
  Peppercorn 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oevn at 450 F.
Coat the roast with dijon mustard.
Sprinkle pre mix Italian season, peppercorn from all sides.
Cook the roast for 10 minutes and then lower the temperature to 350 F. Bake for 40 minutes.
Cover the roast with foil and sit for 10 minutes.
use the drippings in the pan to make the gravy.
Add chicken stock to it and boil.
Add peppercorn, apple juice and cornstarch.
Stir it well. Let the sauce thicken up.
Serve the roast with gravy.
