If you prefer spicy food and if you love pork, there is nothing as good as Stir Fried Pork With Five Spices. Chinese five spice powder is very popular and adding it to pork in this Stir Fried Pork With Five Spices recipe,works wonders. Relish it!
  Lean pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Five spices 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon

1. Slice pork thin against the grain. Combine cornstarch, Five Spices, salt and sherry. Add to pork and toss to coat. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Heat oil. Add pork and stir fry until it loses its pinkness (about 2 minutes).
3. Stir in stock and heat quickly, then cook, covered, over medium heat
