Stir Fried Curried Pork

Stir Fried Curried Pork is a quick and easy dish, one that will hardly consume any time of yours. A lot of people love this Stir Fried Curried Pork of mine and have been asking me the recipe and that is why I thought I will share it! Try you will love it!
Ingredients
  Lean pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Onion 1
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Five spices 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Slice pork thin against the grain; slice onion thin.
2. Stir curry powder and onion in a dry pan over low heat until curry smells pungent (about 2 minutes). Add pork. Stir fry to coat with curry (2 to 3 minutes).
3. Stir in stock and heat quickly. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Meanwhile blend cornstarch, cold water, salt, sugar, pepper and Five Spices to a paste. Then stir in to thicken and serve at once
