Ingredients
  Condensed tomato soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Pork loin/Pork shoulder 5 Pound
  Tabasco sauce 4 Drop
Directions

Roast pork in shallow pan at 325° about 45 minutes per pound.
One hour before meat is done, pour off drippings.
Combine soup and remaining ingredients to make sauce.
Pour over meat; continue roasting; spoon sauce over meat often.
