This barbecued pork chops recipe is a skillet cooked pork chops recipe. Flavored with tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce, it has liquid smoke for a dense flavor and taste.
|Seasoned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Liquid smoke||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pork chops||6 (1 Inch)|
Brown chops in heavy skillet; season with salt, pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
Simmer till meat is tender, about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
