Roast Pork Loin
|Thyme sprig||1 Small|
|Minced celery||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Large, minced|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm) (Plus Cut Up Garlic For Stuffing Pork)|
|Loin pork||6 Pound|
Wipe the pork loin with a cloth and stuff it with small pieces of garlic between the joints.
Salt and pepper it and sprinkle it with flour.
Put in a baking pan with onions, garlic, celery, parsley, and all seasonings.
Add 3 cups water and bake in a 350° oven 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, basting every 10 minutes.
