White Cooked Cubed Pork

Ingredients
  Pork 2 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut pork in 1 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a heavy pan with sherry, water and salt. Bring to a boil; then simmer, covered, until tender
2. Add sugar and simmer 10 minutes more.
