Sweet-Sour Smoked Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Regular Strength)
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  White onions 8 Small, quartered
  Smoked pork chops 8 (Thick)
Directions

Brown chops on both sides in butter.
Add broth, cover, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
Blend together the cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar; add to pan juices with the chops, stirring until thickened.
Add the green pepper, onions, and pineapple.
Cover and cook about 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
