Malayan Pork Chops
|Boneless pork loin||1 Pound|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Coconut milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
1. Cut the pork into bite-sized cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Thread on skewers and marinate in coconut milk at least one hour.
2. Drain, sprinkle with sugar and barbecue or broil fifteen to twenty minutes, turning frequently and basting often with coconut milk.
