  Pork 1 Pound
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Five spices 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 2 Pound

1. Cut pork in 1 inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sugar, Five Spices and salt. Add to pork and toss. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
2. Peel potatoes and cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes. Arrange in a deep heatproof bowl with pork cubes on top. Pour the pork marinade over.
3. Steam on a rack until done
