Parsley Stuffed Fillet Of Pork

Ingredients
  Pork fillet 2 Pound (Fresh)
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Trim the fillet and slit it lengthwise. Unfold and pound flat.
2. Mix butter, parsley, salt, and pepper and spread the mixture on the fillets.
3. Fold them together and tie with string.
4. Brown the fillet well all around in butter for 5 minutes.
5. Continue to cook covered for 5 minutes.
6. Remove the fillet from the pan, add bouillon, and boil.
