New England Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Apple jelly 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 2 Tablespoon
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound, trimmed
  Tart cooking apples 2 , unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine apple jelly, lemon juice and pumpkin pie spice in small bowl; blend well.
Spray roasting rack with cooking spray; place in shallow pan.
Place pork tenderloin on prepared rack; brush with half the apple jelly mixture.
Roast 20 to 30 minutes until meat thermometer registers 155°F.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Preheat broiler.
Place apple slices on broiler pan; brush with remaining apple jelly mixture.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until apple slices are tender.
Slice tenderloin; serve with cooked apple slices.
