Tangy Brown Ribs
|Meaty pork spareribs||2 Pound|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Tomato sauce with tomato bits||1 Can (10 oz)|
Place ribs in 2 quart baking dish, sprinkle with pepper.
Cook in Radarange oven 10 minutes.
Drain off fat; turn ribs.
Cook in" oven 15 minutes.
Mix together onions, vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard, and Tabasco; spread on ribs.
Pour tomato sauce over all.
Cook in oven 5 minutes.
Turn ribs, spoon sauce over, cook in oven 5 minutes.
