Pork Chops And Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Uncooked long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pork chops 4 (About 1 Inch Thick)
  Coarsely chopped tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Saute rice in hot oil in a large skillet 3 to 5 minutes or until browned, stirring constantly.
Remove rice, and set aside.
Add pork chops to skillet, and brown on both sides.
Combine rice, tomatoes, and next 5 ingredients; spoon over pork chops.
Add water; cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
