Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rub seasonings into meat.
Place roast fat side down on microwave roasting rack in (12 x 8-inch) utility dish.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Reduce setting.
MICROWAVE on '6' or '5' for half the roasting time.
Turn roast fat side up.
MICROWAVE on '6' or '5' until internal temperature of thickest part of meat registers 165°.
Let stand 15 minutes, tented with aluminum foil, shiny side in.
Roast will continue to cook while standing.
Cut into slices and serve.
