Pork Chops With Paprika
|Pork loin chops||6 (3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Arrange the chops in a shallow heatproof casserole so that they do not touch. Mix the garlic, caraway seeds, paprika, salt and pepper and sprinkle over the chops. Add the wine. Cover and let the chops marinate in the refrigerator two to three hours.
2. Preheat oven to slow (300° F.).
3. Bake the chops in the marinade, uncovered, until tender, about one hour. Add more wine if necessary.
