1. In a bowl, put garlic, ginger, cilantro, sugar, oyster sauce, Maggi-seasoning sauce and black pepper. Pour water and mix well. Marinate the pork chops in this mixture for 30 minutes.
2. In a wide pan on high heat, pour oil and add pork chops. Fry pork until golden brown on both sides.
3. Slice the pork chops into thin pieces.
4. Serve the Pork Chops with sliced cucumber and green salads.
